What will the Business Analyst do?

  • Analyse the business and revenue model of each of Inbound Mantra’s clients
  • Crunch overall market industry number to build a business perspective
  • Educate the Inbound Mantra client management and delivery team for the particular business
  • Develop customer profiles of each of the businesses analysed
  • Conduct interviews to research and develop customer Buyer Personas
  • Create research reports, whitepapers and presentations
  • Contribute to all inbound marketing campaigns
  • Execution of campaigns along with team members that would include the account manager, inbound marketing experts and business strategists
  • Visualise campaigns and brand ideas (sometimes)
  • Maintain open communication with the team on status, deadlines, and customer requests
  • Analyze inbound marketing campaigns, give feedback to client delivery teams and follow through on their implementation.
